There’s limited time during the week to train. This is where hill repetitions come in handy.
Picking a hill close to home is crucial for when you get carried away with doing too many ascents and still need to ride home after. Another good side is that you can decide how many repeats you’ll do depending on how strong you feel on that day.

Today I didn’t feel so strong. That’s why I only did three.
